Return & Refund Policy
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not issue refunds for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier tracking.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a mistake or a problem with your order from our side and the customer contacted us within 3 days of receiving the order.
The returned item/s should be in its original condition and cannot be damaged or altered and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
A tracked shipping option is highly recommended as we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.
