Return and Refund Procedure: Our customers should initiate return and refund requests within 30 days of receiving their order by reaching out to us at support@buzzprops.com. Returned items must be in their original condition, packaging, and should not be opened, used, damaged, or altered. If you choose to return your item(s), shipping fees will not be refunded. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.
Order Fulfillment Process: Our warehouse operates with efficiency to ensure orders are promptly shipped to customers. Once an order is placed on our website, we are unable to intervene in the fulfillment process, including canceling or modifying orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages: While we strive to provide reliable delivery services, BUZZPROPS LLC cannot assume responsibility for any loss or theft of packages deemed delivered by the carrier tracking system. As a result, refunds cannot be issued for such cases.
Return Shipping Recommendations: To facilitate smooth returns, we recommend customers use tracked shipping options (Return labels are the customers' responsibility). While returning items to us, please ensure proper tracking to mitigate the risk of loss or damage during transit. BUZZPROPS LLC cannot be held liable for any such occurrences.
Exchange Policy: In addition to our refund and return policy, we offer an exchange option for eligible items. Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms.
