For orders exceeding $30 in value, we offer free priority shipping as a value-added benefit to our esteemed customers. We take pride in our expansive network of multiple warehouses across numerous states, and our automated system is designed to allocate the closest warehouse to the recipient's address to facilitate a speedy delivery.
Our commitment to excellent customer service is reflected in our use of various reputable shipping carriers, such as FedEx, USPS, DHL, OnTrac, LSO, and LaserShip. Our cutting-edge AI system selects the most expeditious carrier that can deliver your package within the expected time frame.
It is important to note that once a shipment has departed from our warehouse, we are unable to redirect it. Thank you for your understanding and patronage.
How can I track my package?
When your order is shipped, we automatically send you an email with the tracking number of your package.
All international orders get shipped using DHL, and the package tracking will only go as far as it reached your country. Then it gets handed off to the local postal service in your country, and tracking stops as the majority of countries don't use delivery confirmation technology.
It is your responsibility to get in touch with your country's postal service regarding any delivery issues.
For any order reaches the destination country we will consider it as delivered and we can't accept refund requests in that case.
