We ship orders from multiple warehouses in many different states and our system will select the closest warehouse to your address to fulfill your order.
Using multiple shipping carriers including (FedEx, USPS, DHL, OnTrac, LSO, and LaserShip), our AI system will select the fastest carrier that will be able to deliver your package on time.
We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse.
How can I track my package?
When your order is shipped, we automatically send you an email with the tracking number of your package.
All international orders get shipped using USPS, and the package tracking will only go as far as it reached your country. Then it gets handed off to the local postal service in your country, and tracking stops as the majority of countries don't use delivery confirmation technology.
It is your responsibility to get in touch with your country's postal service regarding any delivery issues.
For any order reaches the destination country we will consider it as delivered and we can't accept refund requests in that case.
